Title and Summary Product Manager, Commercialization, Card on File Overview The (COMPANY NAME) Checkout Services Go to Market team is looking for a Product Manager to commercialize and scale Card on File Tokenization globally and work alongside Click to Pay Team to drive our digital agenda.
The ideal candidate is passionate about driving product growth, highly motivated, analytical, with a commercial mindset and project management skills.
Role In this role, the candidate will.
* Collaborate closely with both global and regional teams to synthesize customer learnings and pain points facilitating the introduction of new product enhancements aimed at enhancing the overall value proposition and customer experience * Identify obstacles hindering the achievement of product performance objectives and devise actionable solutions to overcome them * Serve as a subject matter expert on the product, offering support to internal and external customers with communication and training on product features and enhancements * Manage Card on File pipeline to expand our acceptance reach and work with the sales enablement team in developing tools & assets that help accelerate merchant adoption * Take a data-driven approach to product enhancements, identifying opportunity areas and contributing to the Product roadmap, prioritizing work to deliver against key areas of focus * Incorporate and understanding of the broader payments ecosystem into ongoing product management (e.
.
regulatory, legal, technology, competitive, technology environment etc.) * Leverage working knowledge of (COMPANY NAME) business, systems, products and customer requirements in making fact-based business and product decisions All About You The ideal candidate for this position should.
* Demonstrate strong product commercialization experience showcasing excellent business acumen * Be able to collaborate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels across multiple geographies * Possess strong interpersonal abilities and adeptness in building and nurturing relationships.
* Have excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to audiences of varied technical ability * Possess the ability to leverage data not only for generating reports and analysis but also for crafting compelling narratives that convey insights effectively.
