As a Product Designer, you will play a multidisciplinary role, managing collaborators' requirements and delivering user-centered solutions.
You will have the opportunity to shape and improve the experience of multiple users in our large organisation.
Accountabilities.
As a Product Designer, you will advocate for the adoption of design thinking methodologies in projects, collaborate with collaborators to identify and prioritize design requirements, and utilize quantitative and qualitative data to inform design decisions.
You will encourage a culture of continuous improvement by promoting feedback loops and iterative design processes.
You will also lead prototyping efforts as a team activity, ensuring that design principles are maintained throughout the development process.
Essential Skills/Experience.
* Master's degree in Product Design, Interaction Design, Media Design, or a related field.
* A portfolio of work that showcases excellence in interaction design, visual design, and problem solving.
* Experience designing all aspects of large-scale systems.
* Strong understanding of design principles and best practices.
* Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams.
* Knowledge of user-centered design principles and usability tests.
* Clear communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
* Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to work independently.
* Experience in handling several complex projects simultaneously.
* Flexible and comfortable with ambiguity and change during a project.
* Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.
Desirable Skills/Experience.
* Familiarity with programming languages like HTML, CSS, JavaScript or Python.
* A proactive attitude towards continuous improvement of the design team framework.
* Experience with Design Thinking methodology.
* Experience in enterprise and advanced analytics products.
* Expertise in documenting interaction details, visual design specifications, and QA of the implemented product.
