- 9 months internship (starts on September , ends on June ) - Full time position (40 hours per week) - EUR monthly + meal allowance + transportation allowance Responsibilities - your mission As an intern in Procurement at (COMPANY NAME) your tasks may be related with.
* Supporting the Procurement department of (COMPANY NAME) (support buyers in the Call for Tender processes); * Understanding the Procure to Pay (P2P) process from Sourcing until Purchase Order placement, assisting the supply offices in their tasks; * Assisting in Non-disclosure agreement negotiation, assisting in offer evaluation from suppliers, shadow supplier's negotiation, assisting in contract management and negotiation; * Invoices troubleshooting; * Supporting the documentation of the processes; * Supporting the Supply Chain deployment of Procurement digital solutions to suppliers; * Supporting on activities related to Export Control within Procurement Requirements - our ideal candidate will have * Recent graduates, bachelor students (from the 2nd year onwards) and mastering students; * Relevant degree for the area * Attention to detail and accuracy; * Integrity; * Effective communication skills, both oral and written * Ability to work with all organizational level, stakeholder management * Language.
