As Portfolio Reporting Analyst you will be a key member of the GBS Project Services Operations Team reporting to the Portfolio Manager, you will support our project demand management process (intake and qualification), provide management and maintenance of the delivery methodology, templates, and tools, and provide data analysis and insights to the delivery and leadership teams.
The Portfolio Reporting Analyst assumes responsibility for enhancing and refining reporting capabilities associated with resource management, demand management, costs, and revenue.
This includes analysing performance metrics, identifying trends, and supervising key performance indicators (critical metrics) within the Project Portfolio.
You will track the information that comes into the Project Services Ops team and make sure everything is running smoothly.

Essential Skills/Experience.
* Demonstration of strong, communication and relationship building skills with experience in collaborating and sharing knowledge between teams * Ability to clearly articulate complex concepts to ensure understanding and alignment * Ability to interpret unstructured information into business requirements * Experience interviewing leadership level clients through written and verbal channels * Experience working in a Project/Demand Management * Reporting and analysis experience within a Portfolio function * Advanced Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and PPT skills * Knowledge of ServiceNow PPM (Project Portfolio Management) and/or SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management) modules * Knowledge of P3M (Portfolio, Program, and Project Management) theories and practices, including maturity models.
