At the moment we are looking for the following candidate.
PMO (m/f) - Lisbon - Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology or related domains; - Excellent organizational skills and written/oral communication skills; - Coordination across multiple projects/teams; - Onboarding new members; - Ensure all training and processes are followed by all team Gathering, analyzing, and reporting IT metrics; - Support to the coordination of project team members; - Using the defined client tools to track project performance and schedule adherence Control and validate project budget; - Conducting risk assessments for projects; - Organizing meetings to discuss project goals and progress; - Contribute for relevant slide decks (defined committees); - Maintain Lessons Learned; - Quality-focused; detail-oriented, ability to prioritize and multitask; - Good level of English.
