Job Description.
Our HR IT department cooperates closely with the company's corporate IT division in Germany.
In our, dynamic and multicultural support team we take the responsibility of M&S related topics for our HR IT systems from the global application specialist perspective that oversees the activities all around the world.
LET'S MAKE (COMPANY NAME) A HOME FOR PEOPLE IN A DIGITAL AGE Our team is looking for a SAP HCM Expert who will be working in the M&A and Carve-out projects with the following responsibilities.
* Support global carve-outs of (COMPANY NAME) business units with a focus on HR IT & our SAP HCM systems; * Support the creation and further development of concepts for PMI and carve-out activities at (COMPANY NAME) for HR IT; * Cooperate with HR IT Global Topic and Governance Owner for setting up and executing governance tasks and architecture consulting for post-merger; * Align closely with application owner for securing the system from data protection and access management perspective; * Collaborate with the country/regional responsible for the system; * Collaborate with different stakeholders, IT developers and other support teams; * Look for continuous process improvement, collaborations, and regular alignments with relevant stakeholders for topics such as.
Interfaces, Data Security, etc; * Oversee preparation of status and KPI reports, technical documentation, training materials.
Qualifications.
* University degree in Business Informatics or any comparable technical background; * Strong SAP HCM know how including all modules PA, PY, PT and OM (minimum 2 years experience); * Understanding of the buy-side and sell-side M&A process, including key steps, timelines, documents etc; * Strong organizational and communication skills; * Ability to work in multiple time zones; * Good analytical skills for problem solving; * Experience of working in virtual teams and in international and intercultural context; * Very good knowledge in the use of MS-Office tools; * Fluent English, both written and spoken (C1 level), German would be an asset
