PLANT QUALITY MANAGER

Ensures that complains are managed in due time by using QRQC and that 8D reports are robust and regularly updated in the system; Follows and monitors warranty claims to increase customer satisfaction and reduce warranty cost; Propose and monitor plans to reduce plant non-Quality costs (scraps, reworks, Quality Walls…); Supports all activities to ensure successful launches, product transfers and other industrialization projects; Ensures Capitalization and Transversalization and shares Best Practices; Contributes to the definition of the Plant Quality objectives, monitors the progress and implements corrective action/improvement plan in case of deviation; Manages the Quality department (budget, recruitment, allocation of resources, personnel development,..); Identifies Quality training needs for the Quality team of the plant and for other functions.
Provides training related to Quality; Ensures correct and on- time reporting in the system and perform related data analysis.
Perfil ideal Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial or Chemical Engineering; 5 years of experience in a similar working environment in Quality; Experience working in an industrial environment; Knowledge of raw materials and related production process; Knowledge of industry technology and related manufacturing processes (preference); Develop and update PFMEAs and Control Plans, as necessary; Quality management system (IATF , ISO ); Hands on profile with teamwork experience; Fluent level of English is mandatory.
