We count on you! ROLE AND RESPONSABILITIES.
As Operator (M/F), you will report to the Front Office Manager and will be responsible for ensuring general telephone service, establishing internal and external calls.
Makes the establishment of contacts with the outside at the request of customers.
Provides information to customers about the facilities and services of the Hotel.
Identifies and handles, if possible, complaints, taking into account the need to ensure a good relationship environment and guarantees support to the Business Center and performs administrative support tasks at the reception, complying with standards and procedures, in order to guarantee the provision of a service of quality and excellence, exceeding customer expectations.
Qualifications.

- Genuine smile - Good presentation and friendliness - Customer orientation - Passion for service - I like teamwork - Professional attitude - Time flexibility - Autonomy - Professional experience in similar roles.
4 or 5 star hotels - Knowledge of Portuguese and English and preference for another Foreign Language (fluent in speaking).
