Position overview.
Coordinating the PFMEA activities across different areas of responsibility and reporting on the overall progress and status of the PFMEAs for the respective area.
Responsible for the PFMEA plan in projects unless other decision is made in the project.
How to contribute to our vision * Coordinating the PFMEA activities across different areas of responsibility * Creates report on the overall progress and status of the PFMEAs for the respective area.
* Responsible for the PFMEA plan in projects.
* Ensures that the Process FMEA methodology described in the procedure and supporting documents is followed in a uniform manner and that the relevant team participants are invited for the sessions * Owner of the manufacturing process and responsible for the PFMEA execution for the respective process.
The role can have local or global process ownership respectively * Supports the process engineer in identifying known failures and inspection methods in the process.
* Optimize the quality of existing PFMEA as per best practices and experience In addition to the role description * The process of PFMEA and related processes, ex ECM, including IT systems * Global contra Local responsibility * Experience of being PFMEA coordinator (an advantage) * Review PFMEA handover from NPI to Manufacturing support * Advise on the resolution of PFMEA possibly focusing on generic solutions * Good at networking and interpersonal skills What you need to make a difference * Bachelor's or master's degree in in related Engineering - Technical Fields.
* Solid experience in a similar position, ideally in the wind industry or heavy industries.
* Languages.
English (C1 or able to read, write and maintain a conversation.
