Full Time We are looking for an experienced Pega Architect to join our team, they will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Pega-based solutions to meet our business needs.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Pega technology, business process management, and software development best practices.
Your future duties and responsibilities.
• Proficiency in Pega development tools, including Pega RULES Process Commander (PRPC), Pega Express, and Pega Decisioning.
• Pega Infinity 23 Experience is desirable.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus.
• Familiarity with other technologies such as Java, JavaScript, and SQL is desirable.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into Pega solutions.
• Design and architect Pega-based applications, ensuring scalability, performance, and reliability.
• Develop Pega rules, flows, activities, and other components as needed.
• Configure Pega systems according to design specifications.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams.
• Proven experience designing and implementing Pega solutions.
• Strong understanding of Pega platform capabilities, including case management, decision management, and business process management.
• Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with Pega applications.
• Work closely with other IT teams, including developers, testers, and system administrators, to ensure seamless integration of Pega solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with Pega platform updates and new features.
• Participate in project planning, estimation, and risk management activities Required qualifications to be successful in this role.
• Pega Certified System Architect (PCSA) or Pega Certified Senior System Architect (PCSSA) certification preferred.
