PAYROLL CLERK (14 HOURS)

Your future duties and responsibilities.
On a typical day, you will.
- Connect with clients in with respect to their portfolio to collect payroll data; - Produce payroll according to client expectations and current payroll legislation; - Plan and prioritize work to meet service levels and client expectations; - Provide one-time support to the client during payroll input; - Follow department policies and procedures; - Work closely with resources in other pay areas; - Meet quality standards.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role.
- High school diploma; - 1 year full-time experience or 2 years part-time experience - Excellent client service skills; - Ability to work under pressure, while respecting timelines and with a positive attitude; - Bilinguism required (French and English) - Demonstrate versatility and autonomy; - Confidentiality and thoroughness; - Demonstrate partnership skills; - High sense of organization and priorities; - Knowledge of accounting principles (an asset); - Good knowledge of Microsoft® Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
