Are you ready to make a difference in the world of healthcare? (COMPANY NAME) is looking for a Payment Analyst to join our Global Business Services (GBS) - Compliance, Legal and Contracting Operations (CLCO) E3S team.
This role is crucial in managing technical and administrative aspects of payment coordination for E3S systems and processes related to Healthcare Professionals (HCP) and external expert (EE).
You will be responsible for ensuring accurate and compliant processing of payments in accordance with policies, procedures, regulations, and transparency/disclosure reporting requirements.

As a Payment Analyst, you will engage with external stakeholders in compliance with (COMPANY NAME) SOP's, execute prompt and timely payments to EE's and Patients, initiate the process for reimbursing the External Expert for services, work with the Business Engagement Owner and/or Medical Communications agency to collect relevant data and documents, prepare and submit payment request for processing by Finance, utilize and maintain payment templates and tools, maintain data integrity in Salesforce, ePay, DocuSign systems and manage timely delivery and resolution of ad hoc queries from External Experts, customers and other stakeholders.
Essential Skills/Experience.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience - First experience in Accounts Payable or Account Receivables - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and database management - Working knowledge of SAP - Positive 'can do' attitude - Strong attention to detail - Strong organizational and interpersonal skills - Problem-solving skills - Excellent written and verbal communications skills - High ethical standards; trustworthy; operate with absolute discretion - Proactive and consultative customer service - Ability to work across cultures and geographical boundaries - Competent technical / systems experience and skills When we put unexpected teams in the same room, we unleash bold thinking with the power to inspire life-changing medicines.
