O&M COORDINATOR

Descrição: We are recruiting O&M Coordinator for a multinational renewable energy company in Portugal.O que terás de fazer- Management of all required resources of a specific Area where thePV Plants are located;- Responsible for organizing and coordinate maintenance activitiesmanaging technical teams throughout the Area to meet theestablished contract commitments;- Responsible for the full compliance with scope of works and KPI’scontractually defined with and respective interfacing with Clients;- Participate and lead on the most complex maintenance activities fortroubleshooting and diagnostic of failures, with team of field technicians;- Evaluate and propose the best solutions to perform retrofit, revampingand improvements on the PV Plants;- Management of guarantees with suppliers;- Compliance with all company procedures and guidelines;- Assure the correct usage of Software and systems available to support the O&M activities;- Responsible for ensuring and control the correct implementation of good practices and legal and Health, Safety and Environmental requirements;- Interface Grid Operators and all the local stakeholders involved in the implementation of O&M activities;- Always be prepared to attend and support to emergencies on the installations she/he manages;- Participate in Integrated Commissioning & Start-up of new contracts;- Assist to recruit and train a structure of maintenance technicians to set up preventive maintenance plans according to the needs of the O&M contract.O que precisas de garantir- Electrotechnical Engineering Degree;- At least 3 years of experience in similar functions in the renewableenergy sector;- Knowledge of maintenance management processes and systems;- Knowledge of Medium Voltage and Power Electronics;- Technical Design knowledge;- Sector of renewable energy (solar, wind, hydroelectric or other);- Proficiency in MS Office 365;- English proficiency;- Available for national and international travels.O que te proporcionamos- Negotiable salary conditions + Other company benefits.
