Your new role The role is crucial for creating an organized and professional environment that facilitates successful real estate transactions.
This professional will be apart of the major areas of responsibility.
Managing the office -Keeping the supplies stocks and get in touch with suppliers; -Manage the cleaning company and the need for maintenance; -Answering phones and Schedule meetings.
Real-estate -Join certain meetings and write summaries.
-Keep the suppliers/architects/contractors/etc.
lists up to date.
-Create and maintain IDs for each project and managing the archiving process and keeping things up to date – digital and physical version.
Human Resources Assistance -Collaborate with the HR department on employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
-Maintain employee records and assist in the administration of HR policies.
Financial Administration -Process invoices, track expenditures, and reconcile financial transactions.
Technology and IT Support -Collaborate with IT support for office equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
-Oversee office technology needs, including computers, software, and communication systems.
What you'll need to succeed - Ability to lead and motivate the office team, manage conflicts, and foster a positive work environment; -High proficiency in both Portuguese and English is mandatory, and Arabic is a plus; -Proficiency in Excel, Power Point and Word is mandatory, and Ms Project is a plus; -Ability to oversee and coordinate various projects, from office renovations to implementing new systems or processes -Ability to manage files, schedules, office supplies, and everyday operations efficiently.
