Your New Role As an Office Manager you will be responsible for.
Managing the day-to-day office tasks according to the needs of the company; Ensure the smooth running of the office; Office reception duties handling; Managing and cooperation with the company's suppliers; Support on the organization of company events and meetings; Coordination of incoming and outgoing correspondence; Support on the delivery of internal communication; Performing other administrative tasks (as requested).
What you will need to be succeed To be succeed in this role, you will need.
+3 years of experience in administrative areas; Collaboration skills; Sense of confidentiality; Availability and ability of multi-tasking; Commitment and desire for personal development; Must have problem-solving skills; Excellent communication skills, spoken and written – Fluency in English and other languages would be a plus.
