Position Overview.
s a NorwegianSpeaking Content Moderator youll lead the charge in preserving our platforms integrity.
Your duties will encompass reviewing usergenerated content enforcing community guidelines and addressing user queries.
While prior content moderation experience is beneficial we value candidates who exhibit keen attention to detail and a commitment to online safety.
Key Responsibilities.
Thoroughly review usergenerated content to ensure adherence to platform guidelines.
Proactively identify and manage potentially harmful or inappropriate content.
Interact with users professionally and courteously to resolve inquiries and issues.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to establish and implement content moderation policies.
Qualifications.
Fluency in Norwegian coupled with proficiency in English.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to thrive in highpressure environments.
Previous experience in content moderation or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.
