Responsabilidades Mold Maintenance.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on molds, including.
- Disassembling and reassembling mold components for cleaning, adjustment, or replacement; - Performing tasks like sanding, filing, laser welding, and electrical component connection; - Utilizing ultrasonic baths and other cleaning methods; Mold Analysis.
Analyze the functionality of mold components to identify areas for improvement and fault prevention.
Collaborate with the project manager on these initiatives.
Requisitos - Completion of secondary education or apprenticeship in industrial mechanics or fine mechanics; - Previous work experience in a similar sector is highly preferred; - Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems; - Basic electrical skills are required; - Knowledge of laser welding and electroerosion is an advantage; - Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
