• 5+ years of experience in IT Service Management.
Should possess good knowledge of ITIL processes.
• 5+ years working experience on BMC Remedy / Helix ITSM • Experience of leading of a team of > 5 members with L1 / L2/ L3 activities along with Customization and Integration.
• Stong Knowledge in DWP / SmartIT, Service Catalogs, Dashboards, Customization / Integration.
• Participate in CAB Meeting, Problem Management review meetings and provide root cause analysis • Ability to handle and drive Incident Review bridges by identifying potential Problems; recommend solutions to be implemented • Responsible for SLA compliance • Should possess work experience on migration/upgradation projects • Basic knowledge on scripting and automation • Communicate effectively (verbal and written) and clearly within the team and with all the stakeholders.
• Identify Service Improvement Area and Implement • Should have carried out formal knowledge management initiatives to upskill the team • Experience in Project Transition and transformation • Ability to work effectively in diverse, virtual and multi-cultural environments • Good knowledge of business continuity planning and disaster recovery practices • Must have financial acumen; budgeting; operating cost optimization; resource costing • Technical Certification is preferred and will be considered with weightage • On call schedule and weekend change schedule participation • Flexible to work on UK / Canadian shifts Skills.
