Your future duties and responsibilities.

• Design, develop, and deploy custom business applications using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Customize and extend standard Power Apps templates to meet specific business needs.
• Integrate Power Platform solutions with other Microsoft products and third-party applications as required.
• Develop and maintain data models, entities, and relationships within the Power Apps environment.
• Implement security controls and data governance policies to ensure the confidentiality and integrity of sensitive information.
• Create and maintain documentation, including technical specifications, user guides, and training materials.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users as needed.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Power Apps/Power Platform development.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Strong understanding of relational databases, data modeling, and SQL.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams • Microsoft Power Platform certifications (e.
., Power Platform App Maker, Power Platform Developer) is preferred.
Nice to have qualifications to be successful in this role.
• Familiar with financial services operations and technology, including major platforms, technologies, applications, architectures, business models and internal structures • Financial services background preferred • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Strong organization and leadership skills with the ability to facilitate technical sessions.
