MEETINGS & CONTRACTS INTERN LIVE WHAT YOU WILL DO This internship will be an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to have international exposure and daily interactions with our stakeholders in the Belgium and Dutch Affiliate.
In the Admin and Contracts team you will learn all terminology related to our HCP/HCO activities.
At the end of the internship, you will be able to grasp the basic concepts of compliance in pharma and learn overall country legal requirements.
This is what you'll do.
* Learn how to process HCP/HCO end-to-end contracting activities using the (COMPANY NAME) Compliance tool.
* Learn how to manage the end-to end PO process in Ariba.
* Follow-up on the invoicing process in SAP * Support vendor management.
* Support management of contract templates and contract repositories creation (non-legal).
* Support Transparency process review within (COMPANY NAME) Transparency tool.
* Learn how to recognize and escalate problems or risks, as and when they arise in line with the business requirements.
* Adapt, support, and contribute to the growth and continuous improvement of the department and ACCP.
* Identify improvement opportunities for the different processes and projects and participate in the implementation of solutions.

The detail-oriented individual we seek is a collaborative, pro-active and dynamic person with these qualifications.
* University Degree in Management, Business or Legal-based subject * Advance English.
Fluency in other languages is highly preferred.
* Attention to detail and ability to analyze large sets of data, identify trends, and provide meaningful insights.
* Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Suite applications.
* Self-motivated, able to work independently, curious, and willing to learn.
