We're seeking a Product Manager to spearhead the launch and evolution of our products within the Consulting & Innovation Engines business.

ROLE Jointly own product strategy and roadmap for specific product(s).

- Partner with cross-functional teams to set a customer-centric product vision; ensure consistent alignment between business priorities, development objectives and market trends - Deepen understanding of customers' needs, motivations, and pain points - Design and evolve product concept.
Design and conduct user research, including interviews with customers as well as Mastercard/Data & Services subject matter experts, in order to deepen understanding of customers' pain points, motivations and opportunities.
Define/iterate roadmap accordingly.
- Design and execute communication strategy to achieve activation and sustained product usage - Drive commercialization, manage P&L, working closely with regional product leads Build strong working relationships with a diverse group of internal and external stakeholders Own the technical roadmap.
- Work with content manager to ensure content updates are provided in a timely manner and to agreed specifications - Work with UX designers, data engineering, developers, and technology teams (internal and external) to define business requirements, technical capabilities, and customer experiences - Work closely with engineering teams, technical third parties, designers and operational teams to prioritize development efforts as they align against product strategy and roadmap - Translate business priorities into clear, actionable technical requirements for engineering team/third parties - Manage end to end the contractual relationship with all the technical third parties suppliers including the contract scoping for new developments and SLA monitoring - Make creative technical decisions to add functionality, accelerate time to market, and improve feasibility - Partner with Customer Experience team to design intuitive, highly relevant features that are of maximum value to clients - Lead the Studio process for features enhancements, building strong working relationships with a diverse group of internal and external stakeholders to achieve product goals - Oversee timely and high-quality execution of creation of technical requirements, including testing functionalities before releasing in production environment - Ensure expert customer support outcomes by managing open ticket SLA/prioritization with Practice - Ensure platform maintenance by managing open ticket SLA/prioritization with vendors/tech team - Define product usage metrics and work with development teams to monitor - Identify issues, risks, and dependencies to track product development ALL ABOUT YOU - Payments/banking expertise and experience - Customer centric.
