The finance operations team is responsible for all financial queries associated with the Digital Operations sub-teams (Design Experience), including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and financial modeling to improve working methods.
We are looking for a Finance Ops Analytics Manager to provide financial support to the Design Experience team through analyzing data, building dashboards, and financial modelling.
WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT? - Interpret, analyze, and review financial results and KPIs to provide recommendations, ensure accountability, and drive performance.
- Act as a proactive reporting & BI expert in our Digital department - Build and maintain reports/dashboards that provide insights to Senior Management, and provide financial support when needed - Analyse data on vendors' spending, provide insights per workstream and suggestions for budget efficiency - Actuals monthly review and involvement in the monthly forecast rounds.
- Help in further developing the internal platform RISE (budgeting and cost-controlling platform) -Help in developing tools (such as financial models) which can contribute to the efficiencies of the stakeholders in Digital Experience Design WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? - Proficient spoken and written command of English - Degree in finance, accounting, business, or similar - 5+ years’ experience with management reporting and business intelligence - Strong knowledge of Excel (VBA/Macros included) and SAP system -Good to have.
