Wyndham Hotels & Resorts is now seeking a Manager, Data Analysis to join our team at the Parsippany - 22 Sylvan Way location in Parsippany, New Jersey.

Working with BAs, Data IT team and other business leaders to identify opportunities for improvement; Leading a team of data analysts; Creating reports for internal teams and/or external clients; Collaborating with team members to collect and analyze data; Using graphs, infographics and other methods to visualize data; Establishing KPIs to measure the effectiveness of business decisions; Structuring large data sets to find usable information; Working with a team of analysts and other associates to process information; Creating presentations and reports based on recommendations and findings; and Serving as subject matter expert and provide ad hoc data for Reporting, Finance, PMS and CR Vendors.
ducation & ExperienceMust have a Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering or a related field, plus five (5) years of experience in any occupation which includes the required exp./skills.
Must have the following certifications.
AWS Certified Solution Architect - Associate; AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner; and Six Sigma Data Analytics Certified Professional; Five (5) years of experience utilizing relational databases (Oracle) and design; Five (5) years of experience with any one or combination of.
SQL or PL-SQL; Four (4) years of experience with any one or combination of.
JIRA, Confluence, Blueprint or BlueDolphin; three (3) years of experience with Warehouse data analysis; and three (3) years of experience with any one or combination of.
Assyst, ServiceNow.
eneral RequirementsMay work from home within commuting distance to office (must be in office minimum three days per week).
