THE ROLE We are hiring for the team responsible for providing and maintaining the platform that allows companies to integrate us into their company and employees' lives seamlessly.
It is a full-stack agile team composed of other software engineers, a Project Manager and a Product Designer.
RESPONSIBILITIES.
- Technically lead an agile full-stack engineering team; - Drive the frontend architecture using state-of-the-art technologies and methodologies; - Advocate new techniques for the rest of the team; - Partner up with other leads to tackle new features and tech debt; - Write and review code and tests; - Pair program with other devs; - Help and mentor other developers; - Write and review RFCs; - Live the mission.
