Job Description We are looking for a Project Finance Analyst for a 6-months contract, that will help on the project financing of a c.
MWp solar Portfolio (the Himalaya portfolio).
You will be part of the execution team that will deliver the akuo’s biggest solar portfolio.
Your task.
Update and run financial models as necessary; Support on the financial documentation negotiation (review and structure); Assist lenders and investors with preparation of credit applications; Review of the due diligence reports; Contact with local stakeholders to execute the transaction (local banks/agents/interbolsa/advisors/etc); Qualifications You are a problem solver coming from an Engineering/Maths/Business/Management or similar background; You have already gained professional experience after graduation (6 months to 2 years).
You have already studied/worked within an international environment.
You have strong interest in the Renewable Energy sector; You are characterized by a systematic, analytical approach and goal orientation.
You have good communication skills and the ability to work in a team.
You are open to the idea of regular business trips (national/international).
Business-fluent spoken and written English and Portuguese.
French is a plus.
