Sua missão Join the Finance department of Dorel Juvenile Europe and become part of the Revenue Growth Management Team.
As a Junior Financial Analyst, you will collaborate closely with various departments – Sales, Product, Marketing – to drive and execute revenue optimization initiatives.
Principais responsabilidades.
Analyze sales, pricing and margin data to explain results as well as identify trends and pinpoint improvement opportunities;.
Assist in revenue budgeting and forecasting, leveraging RGM data and insights to set sales targets;.
Generate clear and concise reports to effectively communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders;.
Centralize pricing framework management and coordinate adjustments in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Seu perfil.
Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related field;.
Minimum 2 years of experience in finance analysis, preferably within a business environment;.
Advanced proficiency in Excel.
Plus.
Familiarity with data analysis tools (e.
., Power BI);.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to present information clearly;.
Outstanding analytical skills, agility and ability to translate data into actionable insights;.
Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment;.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn and growth;.
Problem solving and results-oriented mindset;.
High attention to detail and ability to connect the dots;.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic environment;.
