</strong>And this is where your ride starts.</p> <p><strong>YOUR MISSION</strong></p> <p>Ensure our Q-Commerce Top Partners have their catalogs optimized and correctly integrated in order to maximize conversion, basket size, customer happiness and ultimately growth.
This position will require effective interaction between our Partners and Account Managers, as well as analytical and technical proficiency in managing catalog tools.</p> <p><strong>THE JOURNEY</strong></p> <ul> <li>Define and own define the assortment onboarding process with partners by creating/improving templates with simple but effective guidelines and ways-of-working</li> <li>Manage catalog changes requests from partners, ensuring guidelines compliance, SLA achievement, and educating &amp; preventing partners from deviating from the <em>expected behavior</em></li> <li>Define and implement an optimized catalog <em>category tree</em> aligned with Partners’ expectations through collaborative workshops</li> <li>Analyze and identify assortment gap in our Top Partners and collaborate with AMs/Partners to bridge that gap with clear timelines</li> <li>Own and track your KPIs (i.
.
Conversion Rate, ATC, searches w/o results, etc.)</li> <li>Recurrent and constant <em>Walk the Store</em> to detect errors or improvement opportunities in the Glovo app</li> <li>Collaborate with the Accounts Manager to ensure alignment between Business and Partner’s goals&nbsp;</li> <li>Bridge the gap between Glovo’s and Partner’s integrations team and ensure bugs/errors are mitigated and/or quickly fixed&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li>Manage Partners’ Ad-hoc requests</li> </ul> <p><strong>WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE</strong></p> <ul> <li>Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail, e-commerce, or FMCG Category management</li> <li>Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with exposure to senior partners and cross-functional teams (you’ll manage, at least, 1 direct report)</li> <li>Experience in defining solutions to complex, strategic topics with a deeply analytical and data-driven approach to issues</li> <li>Experience and ease in quickly defining creative and scalable solutions for manual/ad-hoc tasks</li> <li>Balance attention to detail with swift execution - we need to do things quickly, and we need to do them well</li> <li>Grittiness, never hesitate to roll up your sleeves and address something hands-on, you persevere when others fall away</li> <li>“Organization� is your middle name</li> <li>Native fluency in Portuguese and proficiency in English is required</li> </ul> <p>Individuals representing diverse profiles, encompassing various <a href="https://hbr.
