We’re looking for a 9+ years Full Stack Java developer to join our team.
Future duties and responsibilities List Principle responsibilities.
• Provide technical expertise in design, development, testing and debugging of mid-large software applications.
• Participate in backlog grooming meetings to provide estimates on features, collaborate with other technical and product stakeholders in story and task breakdown sessions.
• Collaborate with other developers and software architecture teams on UI, backend, security, and architecture upgrades.
• Identify implementation risks and provide mitigation plans.
• Research new technologies and methodologies and help your team implement.
• Collaborate with application quality engineering team to provide application quality, identify risks, and create mitigation plans.
• Work directly with clients to learn, support, and solve their technical problems.
9+ years experience in • Full stack Development with OCP/Kubernetes • UI Development (React JS, HTML, CSS) • Java frameworks • Relational DB's - Oracle • Web services (Soap/Restful) • API Development • Hands on with Application Servers (WebSphere, Tomcat, JBoss) • Spring boot framework Required qualifications to be successful in this role.
Must-Have Skills.
• Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot • Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript • Experience with modern front-end frameworks such as Angular 6+ • Understanding of browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them • Familiarity with RESTful web services and API development • Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Redis • Experience with version control systems such as Git • Provide hands-on technical solutions to business challenges & translates them into process/ technical solutions • Deliver high quality work and adapt to new challenges, as an individual or as part of a team • Excellent communication and thought leadership skills • Excellent interpersonal skills including the ability to work with diverse personality types and understand technical issues.
Good-to-Have Skills.
• Experience with front-end testing frameworks such as Jest, Mocha, or Cypress • Experience with responsive design and CSS frameworks such as Bootstrap or Material UI • Familiarity with UX design principles and tools such as Sketch or Figma • Knowledge of server-side rendering and SEO optimization • Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure • Familiarity with message brokers such as RabbitMQ and Kafka Skills.
