We are Canada's largest independent information technology services firm, and after 45 years, we're still growing! Join Canada's largest IT Company as a "Senior Java Backend Developer" (expertise in Spring Boot and SQL) in our Banking Services Division.
This role is hybrid and requires you to be at Downtown Toronto office at a minimum 2 days per week - subject to change at any time.
As a senior developer (5+ Years of experience) the role expects to design and develop Java / Spring Boot code with knowledge of SQL.
Your future duties and responsibilities.
1.
Develop Sprint Boot application in Java 17 and Sprint Boot 3.
.
2.
Configuration and deployment of the Java code.
3.
Monitor, troubleshoot and debug issues in production environments.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role.
Must Have Skillsets • Java 8+, Stream/Lambda Programming • Sprint Boot framework and Restful Service • Familiar with Micro Service design • Work on Linux platform interacting with SQL/proc, Nice to Have Skillsets • Elastic Search, Docker • Kafka Messaging Pub/Sub Skills.
