Q Talent Hub is a startup with focus on talent management for IT consultancy companies in the DACH region with a strong office in sunny Lisbon.
We are looking for people that want to create their own path in a company with strong values based on never giving up in what to do having fun at the same time relying on each other and communicating effectively.
Tasks Manage the endtoend recruitment process.
Identifying key sourcing strategies using your expert knowledge of the labour market and competition.
Employ a variety of sourcing methods such as online job boards social media platforms professional networks and referrals to identify potential candidates.
Maintain an uptodate pipeline of candidates to aid increasing staffing needs as the company expands.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the staffing needs and requirements for various IT positions within the company.
Utilize your deep knowledge and experience in IT Consultancies to effectively source screen and select candidates.
Ensure positive experience for candidates to optimally leverage the talent attraction.
Conduct thorough candidate assessments including technical interviews and skills evaluations to ensure the right fit for each position.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates guiding them through the hiring process and providing an exceptional candidate experience.
Stay up to date with industry trends market insights and recruitment best practices to continuously improve the effectiveness of the recruitment process.
Requirements Bachelors degree in human resources psychology or a related field; or working experience as an IT/Tech Recruiter is mandatory.
Experience in full cycle recruitment in the area of IT Consulting is a big advantage.
Strong knowledge of IT roles technologies and trends.
Demonstrated expertise in utilizing various sourcing methods and tools to identify and attract top IT talent.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) or other recruitment software.
Strong organizational and time management abilities with the capacity to handle multiple recruitment assignments simultaneously.
Able to deal with an ambitious and dynamic environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively engage with candidates and hiring managers.
Resultsoriented mindset with a focus on delivering quality hires in a timely manner.
Autonomous strategic thinker team player and change driver who makes things happen.
Selfstarter and taking initiative with great communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively across executives managers & employees.
