Position Overview.
As a FrenchSpeaking Content Moderator you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the integrity of our online platform.
Your responsibilities will include reviewing usergenerated content enforcing community guidelines and responding to user inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
While prior experience in content moderation is beneficial we welcome candidates who demonstrate a strong attention to detail and a passion for promoting online safety.
Key Responsibilities.
Review usergenerated content to ensure compliance with platform guidelines and policies.
Take proactive measures to identify and address potentially harmful or inappropriate content.
Engage with users in a courteous and respectful manner to address inquiries and concerns.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to develop and implement content moderation strategies and best practices.
Stay informed about industry trends and emerging issues related to online content moderation.
Qualifications.
Fluency in French with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
While prior experience in content moderation is preferred it is not mandatory.
Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fastpaced work environment.
