Helping candidates finding a suitable position in Portugal Assess candidates profiles to ensure qualification match, cultural fit and compatibility and match to available positions Scheduling job interviews and perform interview process Build and manage candidates’ database Maintaining current HR files and databases updated Send canditates profiles to companies when they match the required criteria Establishment of measurements and targets to improve process effectiveness and efficiency Maintains quality service by following organization standards Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; comparing qualifications to job requirements.
Analyse and Report relevant information and improvement to manager.
WORKING HOURS.
35 hours per week LEVEL OF LANGUAGE PROFICIENCY EXPECTED FROM THE TRAINEE.
