IAM ARCHITECT

Position Description.
CGI is looking for an IAM Architect to join our team.
Your future duties and responsibilities.
• The Zero Trust mindset is considered as major strategic axis for the cyber transformation of the client and will contribute to the adaptation of client’s security ecosystem as a response to issues such as.
o business (implementing a faster and more agille security suitable to new paradigms as hybrid workforce, hybrid workplace within an ever-increasing Cloud usage) o financial (by standardized, rationalized and optimized the security ecosystem) o security, by enforcing an "ultimate least privilege" principle using identity, context and risks to ensure continuous, adaptive and dynamic access • The candidate will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and challenging environment, sharpening synthesis and autonomy skills.
In conjunction with different IT teams or entities in the group, or IT solution architecture developers and designers.
the candidate will improve its communication and adaptation abilities.
• As part of the client’s Group's Expertise and Innovation team (ZT Core Team), you will participate in the functional & technical assessment and design of architectures and solutions to support the implementation of the Group's Zero Trust Strategy.
As IAM (Identity And Access Management) is considered as cornerstone for enabling Zero Trust, activities describe below will be performed additionally to these disciplines including non-technical components such as governance, business processes, rules, etc.
Main Responsibilities.
After having learned and assimilated the Zero Trust concepts and their application within the client Zero Trust framework (approach, principles, patterns, objectives, pillars, etc...), the applicant will be appointed on different activities.
• Participate into the Zero trust framework and strategy adaptation including feedbacks from practical implementation, evolution of needs and market maturity; • Understand client identified Use cases and potentially identify relevant new ones, their maturity levels to be reached and related technical/nontechnical streams to be planned; • Establish high level architecture patterns needed to the Zero Trust strategy and co-define Group transversal architecture standards; • Assist IT production / operations teams (Telecom, Security, IAM, …) to operationalize the Zero Trust Strategy (identify gaps, impacts, deliverables, outcome projects for each transformation step); • Design robustness and Zero trust compliance assessments; • Contribute to an urbanization approach and propose new or adapted architecture standards and rules • Help the project leader in supervising and following up the Zero Trust Strategy (feed Sponsor’s committee with risks, problems, activities, …); • Keep an on-going solutions, technologies, and best practices watch including POC implementation.

Technical skills.
• ZT Architecture • ZT solutions (ZTNA, policy engine, proxy SAAS, CASB,…) - Expert • Cybersecurity concepts & information security solution architectures - Expert • Risk Knowledge & Analysis - Expert • IAM (Governance, processes and tools - IGA, Access management,...) / transversal background in security expertise (functional and technical) and architecture - Expert Soft skills.
• Ability to Analyze, Synthetize/Simplify - Expert • Communication Skills - Oral & Written - Expert • Ability to work in project mode - Expert Language skills.
