Descrição Your Main Activities Are · Lead complex projects ensuring that the key project outcomes are delivered.
· Ensure meaningful project structure and governance, as well as management of key stakeholders, represent projects in key stakeholder (OpCo, SteerCo) and report directly to project sponsors.
· Ensure method is applied to frame and execute programme, projects, or specific complex project streams, on time, on quality and on budget.
· Lead meetings, workshops or internal trainings, using pertinent techniques and providing perceptive results.
· Support clients in implementing project outcomes and follow-up outcomes with clients.
· Take responsibility for the delivery of presentations and reporting for clients and management.
· Provide continuous support and coaching to the other team members.
· Promote the knowledge sharing within the team.
· Foster and contribute to continuous improvement mindset within the team and with client.
· Ensure the efficient management of project resources, including human resources.
Perfil ideal Profile and Skills to Success · Masters Degree in Human Resources or Business Management · At least 5 years of professional experience in Project Management and Consulting · Fluency in English · Analytical Ability · Ability to understand, explain and support change · Ability to manage/facilitate a meeting, seminar, committee, training… · Client focused · Attention to detail / rigor · Ability to manage a project · Knowledge in Human Resources - Contractual and administrative relations - Payroll · Proficiency in MS Office Excel and Powerpoint Vantagens Diverse career opportunities A hybrid working model, allowing you to combine onsite and offsite work
