Customize and execute the global Talent Strategy and People Agenda for the site, ensuring alignment with local needs.
artner with global and local business leaders to monitor staffing needs and oversee recruiting activities to secure top talent.
ead Employee Relations and Labor Relations at the site level, fostering a positive work environment and managing conflicts effectively.
rovide guidance to managers on employment terms, talent development, and promoting a performance culture.
upport annual compensation and performance cycles, ensuring fairness and alignment with organizational goals.
rive local employee engagement and oversee company initiatives to elevate internal and external communication.
nsure compliance with all local regulations and enact policies, procedures, and guidelines that align with legal and ethical conduct.
ake responsibility for HR operational administration on site, ensuring smooth and efficient HR processes.
our Background Minimum of 7 years of HR experience with at least 3 years of experience in a management or leadership roleStrong knowledge of Portuguese labor laws and regulationsExcellent leadership and communication skillsAbility to build relationships and influence at all levels of the organizationStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsProficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft OfficeStrong people and business focus, understanding company\us business model and directionFluency in Portuguese and EnglishExperience in an industrial/plant environment is desirableWhy join us?You can grow at Aptiv.
