rovide guidance to managers on employment terms, talent development, and promoting a performance culture.
upport annual compensation and performance cycles, ensuring fairness and alignment with organizational goals.
rive local employee engagement and oversee company initiatives to elevate internal and external communication.
nsure compliance with all local regulations and enact policies, procedures, and guidelines that align with legal and ethical conduct.
ake responsibility for HR operational administration on site, ensuring smooth and efficient HR processes.
