The HR Generalist will be a critical team member of the People & Culture Department ensuring a positive and productive work environment for all employees.
You will play a vital role in supporting various aspects of people engagement, talent acquisition, performance management and more, all while working in an innovative and people oriented environment allowing you to enhance your skills and make an impact.
On a given day, a HR Generalist will.
Support the line management in implementing P&C strategies at a local level, while ensuring global alignment with the other entities of the company.
Act as an advisor to all people related matters by providing guidance to managers and members regarding the company’s policies and processes and managing employee lifecycle queries.
Maintain the company’s HRIS and leverage people data and dashboards to help the business make informed decisions.
Participate in the development of P&C practices and initiatives for enhanced engagement.
Facilitate surveys for valuable member feedback and data collection.
Support onboarding processes, including creating welcome post texts and mapping procedures with department stakeholders.
Participate in the talent acquisition process, conducting interviews and actively participating in employer branding activities and events.
Assist in the performance review cycles, maintain the system, and schedule performance check-in meetings for effective performance management.
Contribute to the implementation, design and facilitation of training programs and initiatives within the organization.
