HR DATA & REPORTING ANALYST

Job Description.
We are looking for an HR Data & Reporting Analyst to join our GBS in Lisbon.
Responsibilities - your mission * Coordinate HR information to ensure 100 % data integrity in ADP, Workday and Service Now; * Maintain accurate records of documentation and transactions and ensure modifications/updates are entered in a timely manner.
* Ensure the archiving of administrative documents through various e-filing, Google Drive and Workday processes.
* Record employee data into HR systems (SAP, Workday, and ADP) /manage requests to update employees' personal data (data entry, onboarding, offboarding, transfers, corrections, work schedule, and other transactions as needed).
* Respond to Personnel Administration related inquiries and resolve concerns.
Provide support and guidance to HRBPs and employees on HR tools as needed; * Perform HR Data reports extracted from ADP and Workday; * Propose and support continuous improvement opportunities and projects Requirements - our ideal candidate will have * Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Management and other similar areas, or equivalent related work experience; * Experience in an HRIS or HR support role is desirable; * Experience with ADP Vantage., Workday and Service Now (preferred); * Demonstrated ability to analyze issues, determine appropriate solutions and resolve sensitive problems; * Strong attention to detail; * Excellent time management skills with ability to effectively prioritize; * A highly proactive, solution-oriented approach to work and interactions; * Excellent verbal and written interpersonal communication skills; * Excellent PC skills, specifically GSuite (Google Docs, Google Sheets, etc.) and Excel; * Fluent in English Benefits - what's in it for you * The chance to work in a multicultural environment.
