About the Role.
We are looking for an East Black Sea Health & Safety Manager for our Trabzon & Ordu Plants (referred to as East Black Sea) who adopts the 'Safety First' vision beyond anything else considering the health and safety measures.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing oversight, support and advice to all activities in our East Black Sea in relation to H&S matters.
In this role, you will report professionally to Ferrero Türkiye H&S Manager and managerially to East Black Sea HR Business Partner.

Manage all occupational health and safety and ergonomic operations  Provide all legal requirements and Ferrero Group Standards related to Occupational Health, Safety and preventive health measures Play a critical role in implementation of H&S Regional Strategic Plan (PS3) in alignment with Group H&S long-term strategic plans in plants Prepare the business standard form and conduct risk analysis considering continuous improvement Analyse accidents and track necessary reporting including periodical H&S KPI’s Manage annual H&S budget  Who we are looking for.
Bachelor’s Degree Preferably +5 years of experience in occupational health and safety Passionate for problem solving with good organizational skills; have the ability to prioritize projects and tasks Ability to work in teams with good interpersonal skills Having Compulsory Safety Expert Certification (min.
B class) SAP Knowledge Fluency both in English and Turkish No travel restrictions / have active driving license Residency in Trabzon How to be successful in the role and at Ferrero.
