Knowns as one of the worlds largest media platforms leveraging consumer insights and location data to increase brand awareness drive consumers to store and deliver smarter business outcomes.

To be discussed Profile Oversee the daytoday delivery of our European trading team providing priorities guidance and mentorship to ensure they meet delivery and performance targets Execute campaign set up across various platforms campaign performance monitoring and optimizing strategies (60% of your time) Responsible for the outputs of the trading department for our business units (countries) Allocate trading resources depending on the business priorities and workload in each country Manage the relationship with external partners supplementing our team when business requires it Collaborate with Head of CS/Account Managers to develop media trading strategies aligned with campaign goals and objectives of our Tier 1 clients Contribute to improving our internal monitoring and reporting suite Stay Updated with Industry Trends.
Keeping abreast of industry trends changes in advertising technologies platform updates and new tools to ensure the agency remains competitive and utilizes the latest advancements.
Crossfunctional Collaboration.
Collaborating with other departments like creative teams account management product to ensure alignment of strategies and effective execution of campaigns.
Requirements At least 5 years of professional experience in a trading desk (agency or sales house) 2 years of successful professional experience as a Team leader/manager in the programmatic digital advertising space International experience is a plus Excellent French and English are required Be able to create automation tools on Meta and other social media handson experience with the main DSPs available in the market proven track record in establishing and deploying best practices across campaign setup QA/troubleshooting and reporting solid understanding of the mobile ecosystem is mandatory basic understanding of the digital outofhome ecosystem hands on experience is a plus familiar with any of the leading brand safety / fraud prevention / attention measurement platform English and French proficiency are mandatory ability to work in crossfunctional environment Our values Our Values Care.
