CANDIDATE The selected candidate will be responsible for.
Leading data analysis projects to identify patterns, trends, and insights within large and complex data sets; Applying statistical techniques and predictive models to solve business problems, support strategic decision-making, and forecast outcomes; Developing interactive reports and dashboards that clearly communicate findings to various stakeholders (both technical and non-technical); Designing and implementing data collection, cleaning, and transformation processes to ensure data integrity and accuracy; Building and maintaining automated reporting systems to monitor KPIs and performance metrics; Working with visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI to present data in a clear and engaging manner; Collaborating with marketing, sales, finance, and product teams to understand their needs and translate data into practical recommendations; Supporting the continuous improvement of data analytics processes and organizational best practices; Mentoring junior analysts and contributing to the development of a data-driven culture.
PROFILE Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or similar areas (Master’s preferred); Minimum of 10 years of experience in data analysis roles, with at least 5 years in senior or leadership positions; Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or equivalent languages for data analysis and processing; Strong experience with visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI; Solid knowledge of Big Data technologies, ETL processes, and Cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure); Ability to apply machine learning techniques and statistical models.
