Job Description We're seeking an experienced Data Scientist with a proven track record in advanced analytics, particularly customer lifecycle analysis and clustering techniques.
You will leverage your expertise to drive data-driven decision-making, optimise customer journeys, and uncover valuable insights that directly impact business growth.
As a key member of our AI team, you'll collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to develop and deploy innovative AI solutions.
Responsibilities.
Customer Lifecycle Analysis.
Conduct in-depth analysis of customer behaviour throughout their lifecycle, identifying key touchpoints and opportunities for engagement.
Clustering & Segmentation.
Develop and implement sophisticated clustering models to segment customers based on various attributes and behaviours.
Predictive Modelling.
Build predictive models to forecast customer churn, lifetime value, and other critical metrics.
AI Product Development.
Collaborate on the design and implementation of AI-powered products and features that enhance the customer experience and drive business value.
Communication.
Clearly communicate findings and insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, using data visualisation and storytelling techniques.
Qualifications Education.
Graduate degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Operations Research, etc.).
Applicants with a different background who have a proven track record within Data & AI will also be considered.
Experience.
4+ years of hands-on experience as a Data Scientist, Data Engineer or Data Analyst, with a strong focus on customer analytics.
Proven ability to apply advanced analytics techniques (e.
., clustering, segmentation, predictive modelling) to real-world problems.
Previous contact with data manipulation, ETL processes, and data warehouse design is a plus.
Technical Skills.
Proficient in Python, with experience using data science libraries (e.
., pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, etc.).
Proficient with SQL.
Experience with cloud platforms (e.
., AWS, GCP, Azure) is a plus.
Knowledge of AI product development and deployment is a significant advantage.
Soft Skills.
Proficiency in English (mandatory).
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
