We are excited to open the GME Programme Coordinator role within the GBS Meetings and Events (GME) team, part of the Global Business Services (GBS) organization.
This role is a unique opportunity to assist in maintaining global training materials, GME content, and drafting communications.
Your Key Accountabilities will be.
* Coordinating the end-to-end GME onboarding training process, scheduling training sessions, deliver training sessions when required, monitor effectiveness of training sessions & maintain existing training material.
* Designing and developing training materials (guide/video) to support the TCM * Management of Cvent licenses * Provide GME Operations support & coordinate team updates namely though updating org charts, managing access to teams channels, providing communications support, scheduling internal meetings.
* Maintenance of the GME document estate/ library, including SOP's, job aids, work instructions, processes, etc * Offer support with daily tasks to the Training & Content Manager & project work Essential Skills/Experience.
* Excellent proficiency in English (both written and spoken) * Good communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to pass on knowledge through effective learning methodology * Ability to present and communicate complex information to a variety of audiences * Ability to multi-task and handle competing priorities * High attention to detail * Excellent command in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook) * Experience with training environment or with working in change management/communications Desirable Skills/Experience.
* Experience in writing and designing training materials and/or conducting training sessions * Knowledge surrounding effective communication creation * Knowledge of Cvent technology and Cvent Attendee Hub.
