As a Global Corporate Giving Services System Analyst, you will be a key member of the Corporate Giving Services team within the GBS - Contracting, Legal, and Compliance Operations business unit.
Your role will involve partnering with key internal and external customers to support the global External Funding management system.
Accountabilities.
Your responsibilities will include supervising and supporting the day-to-day external funding processing functions, assisting with coordination and support to user teams throughout the organization, collaborating with service teams to mitigate compliance risks, supporting the reporting portion of the service, assisting with documentation and configuration of application changes, acting as L1 support for the external funding management system, maintaining system documentation and operation manuals, and maintaining high level of internal and external customer happiness.
Essential Skills/Experience.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience - Strong Microsoft Excel and reporting skills, experience with MicroStrategy preferred - Demonstrated knowledge of technical interface management, system administration, data management, and quality assurance/control - Strong ethical, collaborative and influencing skills - Excellent computer skills, including data and reporting software programs - English skills Desirable Skills/Experience.
- Experience in a similar role - Prior experience in the biopharmaceutical industry (Sales, Marketing, Research & Development, Compliance, Legal, Procurement) or a consulting firm working with pharmaceutical clients - Understanding of SAP and purchase to pay systems / processes, Procurement - Experience with finance, auditing, quality assurance/control, SOX and/or risk management - Global / cross-cultural experience When we put unexpected teams in the same room, we fuel bold thinking with the power to encourage life-changing medicines.
