Your role in our team As a Cyber Security Manager, your goal is to plan and manage the security team deliveries and activities for the Galileo project.
You must ensure that all deliverables are made in a timely manner to support the security accreditation of the system, as well as specific deliveries required by our customer.
• Setting up, maintaining and executing of the Security Management Plan • Setting up, maintaining and executing of the Cyber Management Plan • Ownership of the CC Evaluation process • Establishment of implementation plans for security policies and security requirements • Proactively ensure that security patch updates are reviewed and logged for consideration in future releases.
• Be the main point of contact for the team on all security issues or concerns • Support to the implementation of the necessary security measures and of the security risk mitigations • Supervision of the performance of the planned tasks • Monitoring of performance of information security management system and of effectiveness of security measures How you strengthen our team You're not just joining a team; you're becoming a driving force behind our quest for excellence in the world of space systems.

Here's how you'll make an impact.
• You have a proven track record in security engineering, with a focus on complex systems.
• Your ability to mentor and coach team members sets you apart.
• You excel in requirements analysis, ensuring that complex system requirements are fully understood and documented.
• Risk management is second nature to you.
You can identify potential risks and develop effective mitigation strategies.
• Your educational background is solid, with a focus on Information Technology or a related field.
Alternatively, you have a wealth of hands-on experience that demonstrates an equivalent working level.
• You come to the table with more than 5 years of experience as a Security Engineer.
• If you have experience with GSWS standards or their equivalents, it's a definite advantage.
It shows you're ready to hit the ground running.
Please note that holding an EU passport is mandatory for obtaining an EU Personal Security Clearance at the CONFIDENTIAL level, which is a part of our selection process.
