We offer a commission based structure, meaning your earnings will be directly tied to your ability to successful place candidates in hot jobs.
Location.
Remote anywhere in Georgia Employment type.
Freelance - able to invoice Remuneration.
Commission per placed candidates RESPONSIBILITIES.
Utilise various sourcing channels of your choice like job boards, social media, and networking to find and attract top-notch candidates Conduct, Assess and determine the perfect fit for specific job roles across the world Work closely with our Senior leadership team to ensure the recruitment process run effortlessly for our candidates Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers like a pro REQUIREMENTS.
Proficient in English (spoken and written) - this is a must along with German would be a huge advantage Previous experience from Agency background hunting & sourcing within volume white collar (BPO) in Georgia (For German speakers) if you do not have this please do not expect a response Ability to multitask with multiple recruitment projects and work independently Great time management, responsiveness and organisational abilities Knowledge of recruitment best practices and sourcing techniques is a non negotiable Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software is a must BENEFITS.
