Reporting to VP of Finance, the FP&A Director will be providing insightful and influential analysis to assist management in making well-informed decisions, and challenge the business to make improvements, such as maximizing growth and improve financial performance.
Your Day to Day.
Partner with business leaders and key stakeholders across the different business teams on Company strategic projects Partner with company leadership team and key stakeholders across the different business teams on Performance management (Budget, Reporting, Analysis, Business Insights) Drive Performance and Growth of Feedzai’s operations, key financial trends, business drivers, KPIs and factors influencing the business performance Lead Reporting on the company’s overall financial health, primarily by using key financial and operational ratios and KPIs Proactively identify and drive new initiatives/projects to increase operational efficiencies and support rapid growth Lead FP&A team on communicating financial forecast risks and opportunities Preparing insightful reporting and analysis to support management decision making, and identify significant trends/issues.
Drive improvements in financial processes, systems, and reporting capabilities to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
You Have & You Know-how.
8-10+ years’ experience with a minimum of 2 years in FP&A/Commercial Financepreferably within FinTech/Payments and SaaS is a plus Masters Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business related or Bachelors Degree Strong proficiency in advanced Excel, GSuite (Google Sheets), Financial modelling, and Data analysis Experience with Netsuite (or other ERP), Salesforce, and other management systems Knowledge of SQL, Cognos, Oracle, Tableau/GDS is preferred Strong interpersonal skills with experience collaborating and working on a team Detail oriented with strong business and analytical skills Strong written, and verbal communication and presentation skills Ability to prioritize and thrive in a fast-paced and growth-oriented environment #LI-Remote Your First 30-Days at Feedzai.
