Participation in annual budgeting process and regular forecasts of business performance in Customer Operations are essential activities of this role.
Examples of other activities.
to analyse business trends and past results, to advise on how COPs performance can be improved and explore potential saving/opportunities scenarios and KPIs from COPs.
What you’ll do Coordinate and prepare financial analysis Implement and maintain forecast models Reconcile the input detailed data vs the consolidated view of Customer Operations.
Who you are Degree in Economics, Management, Finance, Maths or Statistics (preferential) Financial foundations or experience Mathematical and deductive reasoning Analytical and problem solving skills Organization and attention to detail Strategic and critical thinking - Performing deep dives but never losing the big picture Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are also highly advantageous in this field Intellectual curiosity and innovative thinking.
