FINANCIAL ADMINISTRATIVE ANALYST

Due to expanding business the firm is looking to hire a Financial & Administrative Analyst to play a pivotal role in supporting clientrelated projects and internal financial operations.
This position requires strong financial acumen attention to detail and the ability to effectively manage financial tasks while providing administrative support.
KEY RESPONSABILITIES Engage in daily interactions and troubleshooting activities with clients focusing on financial data analysis and providing insights for decisionmaking.
Manage daytoday communication with clients and internal teams ensuring clarity and precision in conveying financial information and analysis.
Conduct thorough research to gather and analyze financial information essential for strategic financial decisionmaking including financial performance metrics.
Provide administrative support to the management team and finance department supporting with daily finance tasks such as processing payroll invoicing payments and financial data management for reporting and analysis purposes.
Implement and maintain efficient organization methods ensuring streamlined workflows and improved data accessibility for informed decisionmaking.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE Fluency in Portuguese is a requirement for this position.
Proficient fluency in English.
Undergraduate degree.
Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite with a focus on Excel and PowerPoint.
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial statements (Required) SKILLS REQUIRED Exhibit a meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Efficiently manage time to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills especially in a numerical context.
Showcase exceptional writing skills particularly in financial and accounting documentation.
Work and think clearly under pressure especially when dealing with numerical data.
Possess selfmotivation and initiative to drive financial and accounting processes.
Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment and adapt to evolving financial requirements.
Embrace a flexible working approach particularly in managing diverse financial tasks.
