Field Inventory Analyst             Plans and/or controls inventory of consignment customer accounts.
Analyzes inventory levels, inventory positioning, planned production, and sales forecasts.
Develops and maintains inputs to the inventory system, including network changes, promotional events, and new product introductions.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE.
•            Conduct cycle counts of inventory at customer accounts as scheduled.
•            Actively participates in resolving discrepant inventory levels at customer accounts.
•            Analysis of stagnant inventory management and propose possible inventory level improvements.
•            Proactively monitor and maintain inventory levels at customer accounts.
•            Ensure expired, and short-dated units are identified, segregated, and returned physically and virtually to the warehouse.
•            Build credibility, trust, and respect from internal and external customers.
•            Maintain effective relationships with Customer Care to ensure effective fulfillment of customer orders.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR IN YOU.
•            Bachelor’s degree required plus 1 – 2 years relevant inventory planning experience, preferably in the medical device industry, or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
•            Exposure to and/or experience working in a supply chain/operations environment preferred.
•            Proven track record of managing multiple tasks within a fast-paced environment.
•            Strong process, project, and time management skills with the ability to organize and handle multiple priorities.
•            Excellent communication skills.
•            Must be energetic, enthusiastic, determined, and goal-oriented.
•           Fully Bilingual (English/Spanish).
